25 Peverell Project The Artizan team and Pawel did an excellent job with our place at 25 Peverell Street! We had to do a full gut renovation after a catastrophic fire. They helped us with how to manage insurance proceeds for the rebuild, were very creative and collaborative in laying out floor plans that worked for all units, and did phenomenal work as a general contractor. We always get compliments on the quality of the construction. I was particularly impressed with how they kept to communicated timelines as best as possible and went the extra mile to quickly get our certificate of occupancy with the city.

Artizan was able to assist me in completing a 4 unit ground up construction project on a very challenging urban site with old brownstone buildings on either side of the property and zero lot lines. I was very happy with the service they provided making sure that we didn’t undermine the foundations of the buildings on either side of us while preparing our site. I was able to sleep well knowing that even though I was unable to see the job on a regular basis I knew that things were progressing the way they should.
