Finished in 2020, the Longwood Row project in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood reimagined a collection of historic puddingstone rowhouses along Tremont Street through a blend of restoration and modern construction. What was once an eight-unit residential property was redeveloped into a larger mixed-use community offering 33 apartments, ground-floor retail space, and parking accommodations for ten vehicles.
